Adi Rasayan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, has: <BR><BR>1. Approved the Appointment of Ms. Urmila Bohra as Secretarial Auditor of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Approved and Accepted the draft of a Uniform Listing Agreement to be entered with BSE Ltd (under Regulation 109 of SEBI Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015) and authorized Mr. Sanjiv Joshi and Mr. Ashish Pandare, Directors of the Company to execute the same.<BR><BR>3. Considered and approved Postal Ballot Notice and other relevant activities for Reduction of Capital.
