Adinath Bio-Labs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to adopt the Unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window as described in 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company will remain closed for the above purpose from the aforesaid date to till the expiry of 24 hours of publication of the Audited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement.
