Aditri Industries Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

We would like to inform you that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Promoters/KMPs/Designated Employees/ Auditor etc. of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October, 2021 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.
