Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed or Proposed to be Listed Securities of Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Limited, the "trading window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Connected/ Designated Persons from October 01, 2015 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter as well as half year ending September 30, 2015, to the public.
