ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Investor Relations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 3112 (Three Thousand One Hundred and Twelve) Equity Shares under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) on February 04, 2014. The said 3112 Equity Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.<br/><br/>Consequent to the above allotment the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 130081841 to 130084953 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1300849530/-.
