Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their Meeting held on February 14, 2017, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, have approved the appointment of Mr. Shriram Jagetiya as the Manager of the Company pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and subject to members approval in a General Meeting.
