Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, has considered and recommended payment of dividend @ Rs. 7/- (Rupees Seven only) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015.
