ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LTD. - Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that Madura Garments Lifestyle Retail Company Limited (MGLRCL) has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company consequent to its amalgamation with Aditya Birla Finance Limited (ABFL), a subsidiary of the Company, and upon allotment of shares by ABFL on February 03, 2016 pursuant to the Scheme.
