Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Ashok Malu as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. March 01, 2015.
