ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2015, have approved allotment of 2,298 (Two Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety Eight ) Equity Shares under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). The said 2,298 Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.<BR><BR>Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 130133885 to 130136183 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 130,13,61,830/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Crore Thirteen Lakh Sixty One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty).
