Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, April 01, 2024 till 48 (Forty Eight) Hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of the consideration and approval of the Audited Financial results for the half year and year ended as on March 31, 2024.
