The Board has in its meeting held today i.e.: 05.03.2024, has considered and took the note of the resignation of Mr. Vikas Patel, Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 05.03.2024. Also, board has in its meeting held today i.e.: 05.03.2024 on the reccomendation of Nomination & remuneration committee has appointed Mr. Kuldip Parekh as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
