We would like to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday 01st day of January, 2022 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2021.
