Ador Welding Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Manoj Kumar Maheshwari, Piyush K. Gupta, Rakesh N. Sapru and K. Digvijay Singh have been appointed as Non-executive and Independent Directors, by the shareholders of the Company at the 61st Annual general Meeting held on a July 28, 2014 to hold the office for a period of 5 years w.e.f. July 28, 2014.
