Ador Welding Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2014, has re-appointed Ms. A. B. Advani as the Executive Chairman and Whole-time Director for a period of 5 years, effective May 01, 2014, subject to the approval of Shareholders.
