Ador Welding Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI), the Trading Window for dealing in shares / securities of the Company by the Designated Employees and Directors of the Company shall remain closed from February 02, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. upto February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
