Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule II of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that consequent to resignation tendered by CS Dipesh A. Panchal, he ceased to be the Company Secretary & Compliance officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from Thursday, the 28th July2022 (after close of working hours).
