Pursuant to the BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition by Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons has been closed with effect from 1st October 2020 till 48 hours of the declaration of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.
