Advance Multitech Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Code of Internal Procedures and conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in dealing with the securities of Advance Multitech Limited, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all insiders including promoters , promoters group , directors, designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till hours after declaration of the Financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
