Devpura Navlakha & Co. and appoint M/s. Suresh R Shah & Associates to fill the casual vacancy as Statutory Auditors for the year 2020-21 till conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.<BR> 3. Approval of revised Notice Convening 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR> 4.
