Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd - Update On Acquisition Of Additional Stake Of 5.89% In JC Biotech Private Limited, Subsidiary I.E. Increase In Shareholding From 89.83% To 95.72%

Further to our letter dated February 10, 2024, we would like to inform that the Company has completed the acquistion of additional stake of 5.89% in JC Biotech Private Limited, subsidiary ["JCB"] by way of purchase of 12,18,976 Equity Shares from few selling shareholders of JCB, for a consideration of Rs. 56.07 million i.e. Rs. 46 per Equity Share. In View of this, the shareholding of the Company in JCB has increased from 89.83% to 95.72% of paid-up share capital of JCB.
