The Board of Directors of JC Biotech Private Limited (95.72% Subsidiary) at its Meeting held on July 25, 2025, has approved a Collaboration of the Subsidiary with Raywatt Solar Power Systems Private Limited (Developer) engaged in the development of group Captive Solar Project, to avail the power / electricity requirement through Solar for the said Subsidiary''s Plant located at APIIC Growth Centre, Gundlapalli Village, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh.
