Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Companys International Licence and Training agreement with M/s Wyndham Hotel Asia Pacific Co. ltd. for "Ramada" brand is valid upto January 31, 2017 midnight.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the Company's resort "Ramada Caravela Beach Resort, Goa" will be renamed as "Caravela Beach Resort, Goa" w.e.f. January 31, 2017 midnight.
