Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2015, inter alia, declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.30 per equity share i.e. @ 15% on the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the year 2014-15.
