Advanta Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :<BR><BR>1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Vinod Sethi as the Chairman of Nomination and remuneration Committee.<BR><BR>2. Noted the resignation of Mr. V. R. Kaundinya, Non-executive Director of the Company w.e.f. July 10, 2015.
