Advanta Limited - Closure of Trading Window

Advanta Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from July 15, 2014 to July 26, 2014 (both days inclusive).
