Advanta Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, vide Circular Resolution effective August 11, 2015, has allotted 150,795 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by the eligible employees under Advanta Employee Stock Option Plan - 2013.
