ADVENT COMPUTER SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2020 & other matters.<BR> <BR> The said matters were going to be considered and approved in the Board Meeting scheduled today at 11.00 a.m. However, the Board Meeting is adjourned to 16th February, 2021 since the quorum was not present in today Board Meeting.
