The Company has made all the payments with respect to the outstanding Annual Listing Fees for the Financial Years 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 via RTGS vide Cheque No. 000285 dated 21.08.2020 for Rs. 11,80,500/-(Rupees Eleven Lakhs Eighty Thousand only) and Rs. 55,378 (Rupees Fifty Five Thousand three Hundred Seventy Eight only) made via IMPS No. 000175676611 dated 25th August, 2020 towards interest.
