Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company shall be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the Quarter and Six Months period Ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company shall close Trading Windows for all the Company's directors / officers/ designated employees with effect from November 10, 2014 till November 14, 2014, keeping in view of the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the Quarter and Six month period Ended September 30, 2014, on November 14, 2014.
