We are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. November 12, 2021, has inter-alia considered and approved the following:<BR> <BR> 1. Unaudited Standalone and Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Six Months ended September 30, 2021 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.<BR> <BR> The results were also reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. Copy of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results along with Auditors Limited Review Reports is attached herewith.<BR> <BR> 2. The Board also considered, approved and took on record other items of the Agenda of the aforesaid Board Meeting.<BR>
