We are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. August 08, 2022, has inter-alia: 1. Considered and approved Unaudited Standalone & Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2022 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The above results were also reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.
