To consider and approve Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2024 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the said Regulations, as recommended and approved by the Audit Committee of the Company. ii. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2024 (IND AS Compliant). iii. To recommend Dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024. iv.
