Centrum Capital Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Pre-Offer Advertisement in accordance with Regulation 18(7) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 as amended, and Corrigendum to the Detailed Public Statement with respect to the open offer to the eligible Public Shareholders of Agro Tech Foods Ltd ("Target Company").
