With reference to the letter received from our Registrar and Transfer Agent viz. M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited on 30th March, 2022 through Email for loss of Share Certificate of one of the Shareholder of the Company, we hereby give intimation under Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
