AHMEDABAD STEELCRAFT LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Inside Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from the start of trading hours of April 01, 2024 and the trading window will open after 48 hours of announcement of the financial results of the Company for year ended 31st March, 2024.
