AI Champdany Industries Ltd has informed BSE that since there is no trading of the company's shares for last more than 10 years at Calcutta Stock Exchange, so the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014 has decided to delist the Companys shares from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd.
