AI Champdany Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's existing Company Secretary, Mr. Surajit Sen has resigned with effect from May 24, 2014 and in his place the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Swaroop Saha, having requisite qualification, to act as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 26, 2014.
