AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 04, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992, trading windows will remain close from July 25, 2014 to August 05, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the approval of the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
