AIA ENGINEERING LTD. - Calling off of the 'Tool Down' strike by Workmen of Welcast Steels Ltd., Bangalore, Subsidiary of the Company

With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Notice of 'Tool Down' strike by Workmen of Welcast Steels Ltd., Bangalore, a Subsidiary of the Company, AIA Engineering Ltd has now informed BSE that the Workmen in Welcast Steels Ltd. (WSL), Bangalore, a Subsidiary of the Company have called-off their Tool Down strike on December 22, 2014.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, normal production activities in the said have begun to resume.<BR><BR>Further, during the strike period, there was a loss in Production of 2790 MT in the Subsidiary Company.
