Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that an Investors' conference call on Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2022 of AIA Engineering Limited will be held on Tuesday, 9th August, 2022 at 5.00 p.m. during which the Management team will discuss the Financial performance of the Company and answer the questions.
