AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 04, 2014 has accepted the decision of Mr. Vinod Narain for not proposing his name as an Independent Director of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, Mr. Vinod Narain will cease to be the Director of the Company with effect from August 04, 2014.
