AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2016, for taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter/Nine Months ended on December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons from January 29, 2016 to February 10, 2016 (both days inclusive).
