AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish Audited Annual Financial Results for the Financial year ended March 31, 2014 on or before May 30, 2014 i.e. within 60 days from the end of the Financial year and in view, the unaudited quarterly results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2014 will not be published /furnished to the Stock Exchanges.
