The Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 of the Financial Year 2021-22, pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. To consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2022. 3. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
