Ajanta Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2021, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Payment of interim dividend of Rs. 9.50/- (475%) per equity share on the face-value of Rs. 2/- per share for the Financial Year 2021-22.<BR><BR>lnterim dividend will be paid on or after November 16, 2021.
