AJANTA PHARMA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of "Ajanta''s Code of Conduct for Insiders", for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) and their relatives from close of business hours of 23rd December 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2021.
