Please note that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e on 31st January 2024 considered and approved cancellation of an aggregate of 3.750 stock options granted under the Companies ''Share Based Incentive Plan 2019 (SBIP)'' and the said options have been credited back to the ESOP pool.
