In reference to our letter dated 30th June 2021, regarding intimation of the Board Meeting of the Company to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021.<BR> We would like to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled and held today on Friday, 09th July, 2021 to consider and approve inter alia the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021 has been adjourned. The company shall ensure to intimate about the date of Board meeting as and when decided in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.<BR> We further inform that the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons till 48 hours from the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021.
