AJR Infra And Tolling Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with circular nos.NSE/CML/2019/11 and LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 both dated 2nd April, 2019 issued by the NationalStock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited respectively the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2024 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quartr and nine-months ended 31st December, 2023.
